Arnoldo Oliveros , Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP)
Family Nurse Practitioner | Hospitalist | Aesthetic and Family Medicine
Arnoldo Oliveros, is a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-FNP) with over 15 years of national and international medical experience, integrating a strong clinical background, leadership in critical care, and a modern vision of preventive medicine, aesthetics, and wellness.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo, Cuba, where he completed his residency in Comprehensive General Medicine and practiced as a primary care physician in the region of Baracoa, Guantánamo, and surrounding communities, providing comprehensive care to rural and underserved populations. He later began a residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology, which he chose to discontinue during his third year in pursuit of broader professional opportunities.
After relocating to the United States, he continued his professional development by becoming a Registered Nurse (RN) and specializing in Intensive Care (ICU). Through his compact nursing license, he worked as a Travel Nurse, gaining extensive experience in critical care units across the country, including renowned healthcare systems such as Mount Sinai, Baptist Health, AdventHealth, and Kaiser Permanente in California, where he managed high-acuity and complex critical patients.
As part of his advanced clinical training, he obtained the CCRN certification, solidifying his expertise in critical care, and later completed his Master’s degree as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. His international medical education and academic credentials have been formally evaluated and recognized by World Education Services (WES) and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), validating the equivalency and rigor of his medical training.
In parallel, he expanded his education in advanced medical aesthetics, completing specialized training in facial rejuvenation, dermal fillers, and minimally invasive procedures, seamlessly integrating evidence-based medicine with aesthetics and wellness.
Currently, he also practices as a CCRN at AdventHealth, working in the Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where he provides specialized care to high-acuity post–cardiac surgery patients. Simultaneously, he practices as an APRN, leading AJ19 Primary Care & Wellness, where he offers personalized primary care, integrative wellness programs, and advanced aesthetic treatments, with a strong focus on quality, empathy, clinical safety, and patient trust.
On a personal and professional level, he is known for his deep empathy, strong desire for continuous learning, and genuine passion for caring for and helping others. His medical practice is guided by core values in which God, family, and health come first, shaping a compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered approach to care.
Jennifer Ramirez (RN, BSN) , is a healthcare professional passionate about wellness, women’s health, aesthetics, and patient-centered care. Her medical journey began in Costa Rica, where she worked alongside one of the country’s leading gynecologic and obstetric surgeons, participating in medical foundations and specialized procedures focused on women’s diseases, vaginal reconstruction, and vaginal aesthetics. This experience inspired her deep commitment to providing compassionate, specialized, and transformative care for women.
During her training in Costa Rica, Jennifer also attended advanced seminars in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and 4D medical imaging technologies, further expanding her knowledge in reproductive health, diagnostics, and women’s medicine.
After moving to the United States, Jennifer continued her professional growth by earning her Registered Nurse and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN, BSN) credentials. Through her clinical expertise, leadership, and dedication to excellence, she advanced into leadership roles as a Director of Nursing, focusing on quality care, patient education, clinical leadership, and chronic disease management.
Driven by her passion for beauty, wellness, and confidence, Jennifer further specialized by attending advanced seminars and trainings in Aesthetics and Wellness, establishing herself professionally as an Aesthetics RN. Her approach combines medical knowledge with natural aesthetic artistry, helping patients feel healthy, confident, and empowered.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has also provided educational talks on chronic illnesses, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease, offering guidance and support to both patients and families.
Currently, Jennifer is completing the final clinical rotations of her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), continuing her mission to provide compassionate, modern, and high-quality healthcare focused on prevention, wellness, and aesthetics.
